Our founder, David Cleary, has tried cases since 1974, and has been cited by numerous legal directories, such as A.M. Best and Chambers and Partners, as one of Vermont's most prominent trial attorneys. Attorney Tom Aicher works closely with outdoor associations, handles claims regarding catastrophic product injuries, and works with high-level personal injury claims involving fire, explosion, sports and auto accidents. Attorney Kaveh S. Shahi practices in the area of insurance law and handles both litigation and appeals, while Attorney Joel Iannuzzi has been a practicing personal injury litigator for more than twenty three years. Attorney Karen S. Heald specializes in medical professional liability and health law cases. She is a licensed RN.
